I can make this claim, because I visited both Donkey Place and Pat Kings, tested their steak sandwich, then reverse engineer their recipe with our twist to create the ultimate Spicy Philly Cheesestake.

Step by step method

  • Saute your ingredients

    In a large frying pan, saute all your ingredients on medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes. We will add the steak later.

  • Add your steak

    After your ingredients saute for a few minutes, its time to add your steak, make sure your stake is thinly sliced or shaved. You want to cook your stake for another 10 to 15 minutes or when you think its ready.
